Resumen
El Síndrome de Sjögren es una enfermedad sistémica autoinmune que afecta principalmente las glándulas exocrinas del organismo, como las salivales y las lacrimales provocando una disminución de sus secreciones, por lo que también se denomina síndrome seco. Se presenta caso clínico de una paciente de sexo femenino la cual cumple todos los criterios clasificatorios del Consenso Europeo Americano 2002 para el Síndrome de Sjogren.
